Dr. Moramarco is also an international expert in conservative scoliosis management, offering nonsurgical treatment including scoliosis-specific exercise and bracing. Chiropractic treatments include spinal adjustments, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, hydromassage, cold laser therapy, and PNEUMEX exercise rehabilitation. Dr. Moramarco also provides ALINE insoles to improve postural alignment and gait. Dr. Moramarco's innovative back-school consists of a five-part Schroth Method scoliosis exercise program. Patients travel from around the world for instruction and to be fitted for the Chêneau-Gensingen brace. He is a co-author of 'Schroth Therapy: Advancements in Conservative Scoliosis Treatment.'
