Coming SoonMontecito Chiropractic has been serving the health needs of Marin County Community for over 22 years. Dr. Elena Vince has been working in this office for over 22 years. There has been a few different doctors to work in the office and we have just welcomed a new doctor, Dr. Monica Egan into the practice. Dr. Egan and Dr. Vince are specialists with the upper cervical technique. They are very passionate and love caring and educating their community.

Chiropractic is a natural form of health care that does not use drugs or surgery. We concentrate on removing any interference within the nervous system, which is called a subluxation. A subluxation maybe the cause of your health condition. We take a special interest in educating all of our patients to become partners in the healing process. Dr. Vince is a specific upper cervical specialist, which do a precise analysis of the upper cervical (neck), take a thorough history and examination, including nerve scans, specific x-rays of your spine to determine the specific misalignment (if necessary). We also make any other necessary adjustments to the rest of the spine utilizing Palmer package techniques. Using this very specific approach makes for a very gentle correction.
