I seriously would encourage anyone with any level of discomfort to give this place a shot.
It will blow you away. I’ve been going to chiropractors for 12 years and this is the best experience I’ve had.
Very thorough and knowledgeable. All around great people.
If you are looking for relief, going anywhere else would be selling yourself short.

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and I have had the best experience at Maximum Performance! Dr. Jake takes the time to personalize care towards your needs and he is great at remembering specifics. With other chiropractors I went to I didn't have as personal of an experience and at times I felt like I was just another number and I have never felt that way here. The pain I've experienced with my chronic back and neck pain has improved tremendously to the point where I don't feel the need to go every week, where as at other clinics I felt it was just routine to go every week. The goal at Maximum Performance is to get you better and they have provided me great exercises that have helped minimize the need for weekly visits. Thank you Dr. Jake and Dr. Maurice for truly caring about your patients, I am very lucky to have found this place and I will always recommend you to friends in the area!

Jake Curran is hands-down the best chiropractor I’ve been to in NWA. He takes his time, really listens, and never rushes through appointments. I love that he does body work and muscle release before any adjustments — it makes a huge difference in how everything feels. As an athlete himself, he totally gets the athlete mindset, which I really appreciate as someone who plays a lot of tennis. He understands how important movement, recovery, and injury prevention are, and tailors his care to support that. On top of all that, he’s just a genuinely great guy—kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I always leave feeling better, looser, and more aligned. Highly recommend!

Jake is awesome! Goes the extra mile to make sure that I am healing in the way I should. Not only is he knowledgeable but very approachable. I can correspond to him directly when I need to. I've never had that experience before with a doctor. I highly recommend him and this office for your chiropractic needs.
