Mama to Arthur. Passionate women's health advocate and supporter of women through the powerful transition into motherhood. Amy seeks to educate women about their bodies and make choices from a place of love and strength about how to best build their family and live out their full potential.Mama Lounge was born shortly after our owner, Amy, had her first child. She saw a gap in standard OB/GYN care that called for a more customized approach, more time with the practitioner, and special attention to wellness around fertility, pregnancy and the hormonal years. Mama Lounge was established in San Francisco offering integrative fertility, prenatal care and hormone balancing with the specific intention to encourage women back to trusting their bodies, become educated about their monthly cycles, bear strong healthy children, and in general, have a place to go to process the myriad of changes that occur in the body during the reproductive years.
