Dr. Justin Madigan felt that there was a crucial part of health care missing in Palm City. This missing piece is Upper Cervical Chiropractic. Dr. Madigan suffered from Migraines and Severe Indigestion from a very young age and no pills or potions gave him relief. When he stumbled upon chiropractic he was intrigued to learn that Chiropractic didn't only mean back pain and getting twisted like a pretzel. He found that the cause of all disease can be traced back to the spine and by putting the spine into its normal alignment, it allows the body to unwind and remove all these symptoms. Expect Miracles.With the most up to date X-Ray equipment, we will find out exactly how far out of normal alignment your body is. Using advanced analysis software the doctor will develop an equation to correct for your specific imbalance. No two corrections are exactly the same. We will take your special anatomy into account when determining the cause of the problem. A very gentle and specific correction will then be performed by the doctor, followed by an exam to determine if the correction was received by the body.

I was referred by a friend to Justin for my upper back and neck pain. I'm so glad I took her advise, it has been a Godsend. The pain is gone and the treatments were quick, easy, always on time, and with a cheerful attitude. In addition during this time I developed TMJ. I went to my ENT who told me I needed to be on a soft diet for weeks. I mentioned it to Justin on one of my visits, and with his special technique he fixed it immediately with no residual issues. I highly recommend Justin for his expertise and well run office, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Dr. Madigan is fantastic! I was in a car accident two years ago and it had damaged my sciatic nerve. It has been manageable but when I was 8 months pregnant it was really causing me pain. Dr. Madigan made me feel not only physically better but I also felt that my baby was completely safe during adjustments. He took his time explaining each step and gave me pregnant friendly stretches to do at home between sessions. Now that I had my baby, I will be going back to make sure my back is properly aligning. Thank you so much Dr. Madigan!

My husband finally convinced me to see Dr. Madigan when my lower back and hips were hurting from years of bad posture and lack of exercise. He was able to remove most of my pain within the first visit and after just a few visits, the pain was completely gone. I was extremely impressed that he took a lot of time on the first visit to understand my health history and take extensive xrays. You can tell he truly listens and cares about his patients. I now go to see him for general wellness purposes and my back continues to feel great!

Justin is truly a gift from above. My accident was extremely traumatic and I was not looking forward to meeting with any doctor/specialist but I knew my healing was necessary. I googled the closest chiropractor to me and found Madigan Family Practice. From the moment I spoke to Maureen to set up my initial appointment until present day, Justin has been consistent with his compassion, his sense of humor but most importantly his healing. Prior to being his patient I had always suffer from severe headaches around my menstrual cycle. I consulted with a couple of doctors and the solution they gave me were not effective. A couple of sessions and adjustments with Justin and my headaches were gone. My body was all of out wack but Justin has managed to make my body feel the best it has felt in quite some time. I would recommend Madigan Family to any and everyone. Thank you Justin for being such a blessing.

I started seeing Dr. Justin last year after a car accident. I was seeing another chiropractic office in the area prior that told me I would need shots monthly to help with the pain and wear a lower back brace. I met Dr. Justin and told him my "diagnoses". He told me he could help me and to not go get the shot. (My first appointment was already made, I cancelled.) I didn't want to just mask the problem I wanted it fixed, so I went to Dr. Justin. Now a year later, I've not had one shot, I am no longer wearing a back brace, I don't have chronic pain, and I am participating in Dancing with the Martin Stars. I never thought that I would be able to move this way again without feeling pain. I am so glad that I came to Dr. Justin, he gave me my life and mobility back. I highly recommend him!
