We have been very successful in treating local high school athletes, weekend warriors, crossfitters, martial artists/MMA fighters, runners, volleyball players, and more. We are passionate about helping the people in the South Bay stay active and healthy and our doors are always open to any inquiries or free consultations.

We provide high quality Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation designed to instantly eliminate pain, improve function & mobility, & return you to your sport or recreational activity. You will receive one-on-one care with the same therapist to facilitate results. We specialize in sports injuries, but we also treat people who have been injured at work, motor vehicle accidents, have undergone orthopedic surgeries, or have been inured from day to day living. We accept most PPO insurance, Medicare, worker's comp, and cash pay. We can gladly verify your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment. (Please see "History" below)
