Dr. Ward at Life in Alignment was wonderful. This was my first appointment, and the 75-minute exam was extremely comprehensive and thorough. He really took his time and did not rush through anything.
I especially appreciated his approach. He was able to work on my problem areas in my neck without cracking or forceful adjustments, yet I still felt noticeable relief afterward. That really impressed me.
I see real promise in his techniques and am hopeful this will lead to long-term relief. I’m very encouraged after my first visit.

LIA has been a huge help for me. Beginning with the first visit my pain was addressed. I had been dealing with neck pain that made it difficult to move for months, pain level was significantly lowered during the first visit and completely gone within a week. I have continued to see Dr Zach for monthly maintenance, I appreciate that he listens to my concerns and addresses the immediately.

The most gentle chiropractor I have ever been to, No aggressive cracking, just gentle massage and touches. I have been dealing with neck, back and nerve pain for 20 plus years. I have seen every specialist with minimal lasting relief. I started with DR Zach in the Fall of 24. I am now playing pickleball 2-4 days a week, walk daily and started lifting weights again. These are a few of the many activities I love to do, and was told for years I won’t ever get back to them. If this sounds familiar go see him!! It is not a quick fix but I am so happy to be active and not in terrible pain!! Thanks again!’

Dr. Zac’s office is so wonderful. It was my first time there since I am from out of town . The front desk is friendly. He made me so comfortable explaining everything to me prior to the service. He was very thorough with everything. I have been to a lot of chiropractors, this was different. I felt an immediate difference leaving the office. No cracking, no anxiety about what was coming. He is knowledgeable and has healing hands. If you are looking for someone to heal you this is the spot.
