I am a Certified Pilates Teacher since 2008; an LMT since 2001 (MAT #6286, NCBTMB #307766-00), with specialty training. I am a Certified Graston Technique Specialist® and Certified Medical Myotherapist.I fell in love with Pilates and went into teacher training because my chronic pain went away after two months of daily Pilates. I decided to focus on my own Scoliosis and used Modified Pilates with Osteopathic Sciences. After two years, xrays showed that my spine substantially improved. It has now been 12 years as of 2019 and I rediscovered flexibility and agility that I had in my teens. I love watching people transform their bodies. I do get referrals from Chiropractors, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Physicians! I'm also able to add specialty hands-on treatments such as Graston Technique® and Haase Medical Myotherapy® as part of the lesson -- we would have to determine first if it is a good fit for you. If you want massage therapy only, I would love to refer you to wonderful LMTs who can help you. I concentrate on specialty work and integrating it with Modern Pilates.
