Dr. Vance Kirar is a proud father of three children and a devoted husband to his wife and business partner Dr. Jill Kirar. Together they opened Kirar Chiropractic Wellness and Goose Creek Spine & Injury Center more than four years ago. Their focus has always been to bring nurturing chiropractic care, spinal rehabilitation, postural stabilization & correction to the community. Dr. Vance's background is in Logan Basic Biomechanics, and Chiropractic Biophysics which he studied while attending Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. He also focuses on Scoliosis, Headaches & Migraine prevention, Pregnancy, Low Back & Sciatica Dysfunction. Our goal is to make you comfortable and at home. Hobbies include martial arts, deep sea fishing, soccer, volleyball, weight training, yoga, and being the greatest dad ever. Dr. Vance states that chiropractic care is not for one person, it is for all people and their families. Chiropractic works, Spread the word!

At Kirar Chiropractic we will do a full consultation and examination to identify what the cause of your problem is. We have the ability to take diagnostic x-ray films to identify specific misalignment in the spine called subluxations. These Subluxations (misalignments), put abnormal stress and pressure on the nerves, this not only causes significant pain, but it also cause dysfunction with the body and interferes with how the body operates. Chiropractic and Chiropractors have been helping people with chiropractic adjustments for 115 years. Now, more than ever, there is more research that proves chiropractic is safe, and effective, for babies, the elderly and everyone in between.
