Kim O'Leary

At Kim O'Leary Physical Therapy, she has a comprehensive approach to physical therapy and wellness combining traditional methods with advanced manual techniques, focusing on the whole person- mind, body and spirit. Trainings include: Integrative Manual Therapies, Strain Counter Strain, Muscle Energy techniques, Visceral therapies, Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT), and Cranial Therapy. Other tools in her tool box include Kinesiotaping and LLLT ( laser therapy). She has a special interest in pain science, disorders of the spine, gut - brain connection and helping women over 40 continue with active lives and recreational sport. Kim enjoys empowering folks to understand their bodies while helping them recover from injury or managing chronic issues. Physical therapy should be functional and fun addressing the cause as well as the rehabilitation.
