Dr. Cara employs a comprehensive treatment approach to wellness including gentle, specific adjustments to the spine and affected joints, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications. Dr. Cara enjoys world travel, studying new and ancient cultures, and practicing organic farming and permaculture methods.
