Jerry Yuhara started his full-time personal training career in 2003 while attending Arizona State University. In 2009, Jerry relocated to the Bay Area to pursue a professional degree in the health sciences. He is certified by NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and many other certifications. He is also a certified massage therapist (CMT#75123) and helps his clients recover from and prevent injury. Consistently focusing on education, Jerry spends time learning first hand from chiropractors, therapists, and other health professionals. He specializes in injury prevention, fitness coaching, and always using fitness programs uniquely designed for each individual client. "Fitness is my passion and I want everyone to experience its incredible benefits."After training for a major gym for 4 years, Jerry decided to start his own business as an independent trainer in 2007 out of a smaller town in Arizona. Without the needless tasks of a corporate gym, Jerry was able to become more efficient in business and spend more time focusing on his clients. The result was more time, energy, and better results, for his clients. Being independent, Jerry can think outside the box and apply all types of training to best fit his clients. In 2009 he relocated to the Bay Area to continue training while pursuing a professional degree.
