Hi. I am an artist and have always worked with my hands. I am a people person, and interested in helping others in one or another. I have always been interested in science, metaphysics and medicine, so I studied massage therapy, a perfect expression - combining all of my beliefs and interests. My practice allows me to work with people "wholistically," to help them improve themselves and their body. Our bodies are the vehicle that transports us through our tremendous lives and lifestyles. We shape our bodies and in turn our bodies often shape our experiences. Harmony between the mind and body is important to health and wellbeing. I use several different modalities and practices while working with my clients. Each client is recognized as an individual with purpose and desires unto themselves. JOs Body Shop supports the individual in order to enhance treatment and rejuvenation. I love what I do. All are welcome.JO is an artist, teacher and mother of two working to help people. Years of wanting to be a doctor led her into massage therapy. Home brewed recipes, medically sound practices and experiences of life have resolved into JOs Body Shop.
