I've always felt that excellent care for my patients always started with the proper diagnosis. I don't require xrays but when necessary, I don't hesitate to order them. Patients always remove their socks and shoes in my initial exam because flat feet or pronation etc. will drastically alter the course of their treatment. The feet are the foundation for the entire body. My treatment always starts with deep tissue massage to soften spastic, tight muscles and get a better treatment. Once the adjustment is done, I stretch the patient's muscles to improve range of motion immediately. Using this protocol has allowed me to help patients get back their lives and leave my office with a smile on their faces.James Diaz, chiropractor started practice in the SF bay area working for the chiropractor who treated the SF 49er's and SF Giants. After 3 years of mentorship under the guidance of a professional sports doctor, Dr. Diaz joined forces with an acupuncturist, treating various pain conditions including injuries to knees, shoulders, and wrists. 30 years experience later, Dr. Diaz has elevated his game by incorporating physical therapy with chiropractic to not only getting rid of chronic pain in his patients, but making sure it doesn't return by guiding his patients' rehabilitation to stretch and strengthen areas that were injured.
