I started going to Intermountain Wellness and Chiropractic about three months ago for lower back pain that I had been dealing with for a while. Since then, my overall quality of life has noticeably improved. My back pain has been greatly reduced, my mobility is better, and I’ve even seen improvements in my performance at the gym. Dr. Vandenberg and the team are great, very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I really appreciate their approach because they use tools to actually identify the affected areas and base adjustments on those findings instead of just guessing. Since starting care, my posture has improved, I’m sleeping better, and I’ve noticed less leg drop that I didn’t even realize I had before. Overall, it’s made a big difference for me and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with back pain or mobility issues.

I've been to chiropractors all over the country, and Intermountain Wellness in Sandpoint is still my favorite so far. Dr. Joe really takes his time with the exam and X-rays, and his adjustments have helped my back more than most places I've tried. The in-house PT team, Josh & Alina are awesome too: they do stretching, rehab exercises, and custom plans specific to issues. It's all in one spot, the staff is easy to work with, and I've noticed steady improvement. No pushy sales stuff, just straightforward care that seems to get results. I'd recommend Dr. Joe and the team if you're in the area.

I have become a new patient within the last few months. I'm 55 and been to a few chiropractor offices. I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and recovery I've gotten here. Doctor Joe and his staff of men and woman are not only healers but personable, which makes for a much more comforting experience. The level of educational awareness of my body and what I need to feel healthier can be obtained at this facility. My path to preventive maintenance at my age can be achieved as a patient here. I'm grateful I found Intermountain Wellness.

I have been seeing chiropractors for many years now and I can honestly say that Dr. Camron is hands down one of the best! The office staff is amazing also! Feeling depressed, fatigued, sore … don’t wait any longer… go see the wonderful people at Intermountian!! My first visit was a little pricey (I don’t have insurance) but it was worth every penny and I love that I can choose 3 different levels of treatment, from a “crack and go” to adjustment with massage!

After moving to the area, I was thrilled to find Dr. Joe at Intermountain Wellness who practices the Gonestead method as that is the only chiropractic method that works for me. Dr. Joe is kind and patient. With routine adjustments, he helps me maintain my health despite past back injuries and surgery. I have seen many chiropractors and Dr. Joe is the best chiropractor I have worked with and recommend him to everyone. I have also been seeing Dr. Cameron for Neuropathy Treatment and am very pleased with my progress so far in the past 6 months. The increased nerve function has helped with my everday life. I am grateful to have an improvement in my health instead of the slow decline I had before. It has been a pleasure to work with Chloe at my clinic visits. She is patient and thorough working with me through the exercises and treatments.
