Tate opened Integrated Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in 2012 in order to provide a variety of therapy services to the Des Moines metro area with local therapists - there is a family atmosphere to our clinic versus the corporate large scale clinics. Tate also owns Integrated Golf Performance with his brother Kris, also a PT, and they work with local golf pros and golfers as well as travel to pro events and work with golfers at the Prinicipal Charity Classic.We started our locally owned business in 2012 with 2 physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant. We now have 3 locations in the Des Moines area!
