I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and dedication I’ve received from my physical therapist, Tracey Heldenmuth. When I began treatment, I was struggling with significant pain and limited mobility in my right arm due to arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, and joint inflammation. Even simple movements felt frustrating and discouraging. I had to postpone delivering my website projects, decline jobs and stopping physical activities, like my afternoon bike rides. Through a personalized treatment plan, patience, and expert guidance, Tracey has helped me steadily regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in my movements. Every session was encouraging, and focused on real progress. She took the time to explain each exercise, correct my posture and form, and made sure I feel supported every step of the way. Thanks to Tracey's knowledge, years of experience and commitment, I’m seeing real improvement and getting closer to full restoration of my arm function. I truly appreciate the professionalism, positive energy, and genuine care she has shown during my recovery. She manage to push and encourage me to finish every set of exercise (and was patient with my dramatic sighs). I’d absolutely recommend Tracey to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate physical therapy — especially if you need someone who can fix your arm and keep you smiling at the same time. Everyone here is very warm and welcoming! The office staff is efficient and very accommodating. Most importantly, my therapist, Tracey, is very professional and thorough. Her expertise is evident in my healing process...and the bonus is that she has a delightful personality!

Nicole Ramos is the best PT ever.. I go to her specifically for pelvic floor therapy and I can honestly say she's one of the best out there.. if you are struggling finding someone to treat you please read this and trust she is an amazing Dr to go to. I can't thank her enough helping me on my healing journey. 10/10

I recently started physical therapy at Integrated Physical Therapy after injuring my back, and since it was my first time doing PT, I didn’t know what to expect. I was a little nervous walking in, but that changed immediately. The front desk staff welcomed me with such warmth, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy from day one. They’re friendly, helpful, and somehow make the place feel like home every time I walk in. I’ve been going two to three times a week, and I actually look forward to it now. I’ve been working with Kayla and Chris, and they are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to understand what’s going on with my back, walk me through every step, and tailor the exercises in a way that truly helps. Their knowledge, patience, and encouragement have made a huge difference in my recovery. If you’re dealing with pain or unsure about starting physical therapy like I was, I highly recommend Integrated Physical Therapy. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, you feel supported, cared for, and genuinely listened to. Five stars all the way!

I recommend IPT without hesitation. Their physiotherapists are remarkably knowledgeable, professional, kind, respectful, punctual, flexible, and patient. The two facilities I visited in N. Miami and in Wynwood are both immaculate and very well equipped. And on top of it, their services are covered by insurance. What else can one ask for?! :-)
