Sasha specializes in Rolfing® Structural Integration, Deep Tissue Massage and Pregnancy Bodywork. Drawing on her experience with Structural Integration, she brings a slow, gentle approach to her bodywork-- going deep without triggering the body to be defensive. Sasha's work is compassionate, intuitive and collaborative. In additon to her education and professional training, Sasha draws from her experience in dance, acting, professional singing, collegiate level sports, sports medicine, and coaching to meet the needs of each client who walks through her door.Inline Bodies Rolfing® is owned and operated by Sasha Cardenas, Certified Advanced Rolfer,™ Through Rolfing Structural Integration and customized deep tissue bodywork, Sasha specializes in the treatment and prevention of pain and injuries.
