I have been getting chiropractic care for 38 years and Dr Richards is one of the best chiropractors I have ever had! Very knowledgeable, gentle and effective. My neck hasn’t felt this good in a long time and my hip as well. So excited to have found him.

Dr Richards has been helping me for about 14 years now and I would highly recommend him. I never feel rushed during a visit. He takes the time to answer questions and his chiropractic adjustments have helped my stay pain free. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable an helpful.

I came to Dr. Richards early in the 2000's, a skeptical patient with back pain. I was determined not to get "sucked into" monthly Chiropractic visits which I thought were "just a scam". My back pain began with a herniated disc in my lower back in 1997. I'd tried to "save money" by treating my pain via pills (that upset my stomach), physical therapy which sometimes, briefly, eased it and massages (that relieved my pain a bit, but never lasted long). Dr. Richards worked with me, patiently abiding by the rules I set (no regular visits) and periodically treated me when my pain level reached unendurable (the only time I'd grudgingly come for treatment). Finally I realized Dr. Richards' periodic adjustments were doing more for me than all the other things I had been doing, combined. I began making regular appointments for adjustments to test the theory that he was actually making my back better. At first 2-3 visits/week, then gradually stretched those visits out, farther and farther apart until today I only visit him once every 4-6 weeks and am PAIN-FREE! If Dr. Richards had insisted on my first visit that he would only treat me if I agreed to monthly adjustments, I'd have walked out (I'd done that with a number of previous Chiropractors I'd visited) and never got the many benefits I now enjoy. Thanks to Dr. Richards’ respect for his unruly patient (me), thanks to him for honoring my (albeit misguided) point of view, his patience in winning my confidence over time, and his exceptional Chiropractic skills, I am, today, completely pain-free. Thank you, Dr. Richards! P.S. The staff is also great - very accommodating, patient, and cooperative. Unlike other offices I've dealt with, if you ask them to send you information, or change your appointment, you'll get immediate and courteous results!

Dr. Richards is an exceptional Chiropractor. I have had severe headaches for many years and decided to give chiropractic care a try. I met Dr. Richards when he came to Curves to do free chiropractic screenings and to answer questions about chiropractic care. I started talking with him about my severe headaches and how nothing seemed to work. He said that he could help me so I made an appointment. I find Dr. Richards to be very caring and very attentive. He answers all my questions and I never feel rushed when speaking with him. He is also up to date with his information, using the best evidence-based practices. The office staff, Wendy and Alison, are wonderful! They are very kind and and also very knowledgeable. My headaches have improved greatly since going to Dr. Richards. I would recommend him and his staff with confidence to anyone.
