Welcome ~ I'm originally from Japan and took a leap of faith to pursue an education in Reno and graduated from UNR. Fell in love with the beauty of Sierra Nevada/ Lake Tahoe, and Reno has been the place of my heart since.. Life happened, and it navigated me to take another miraculous leap of faith to drop everything I had then.. led me to this beautiful path of healing within and with others. I am looking forward to facilitating and sharing the journey of light to healing. With love & gratitude, HIKARI Massage TherapyHIKARI means "light" in Japanese. It is intended as light from the silver lining. I believe, there is always a silver lining in darkness. When the heart/body is experiencing depletion, blockage, or emotional/physical stress, it is challenging to be in a space of inspiration to output creativity & imagination. My inspiration and intention is to facilitate retrieving self-empowerment by releasing and relieving emotional/physical blockages to balance the physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual bodies to experience wholeness within. A therapeutic massage incorporates different modalities depending on individual needs focusing on releasing and relieving emotional and/or physical stress and tension to improve your quality of life. (Myofascial release, facilitated stretch, trigger point therapy etc..) 　 Reiki is an energy work known to deepen the relaxation by relieving anxiety, relieving depression, and relieving emotional stress and/or tension.
