Dr. Simpson and his staff a great. I had an acromion clavicular separation and Dr. Simpson corrected it through multiple adjustments. I was also having trouble turning my neck side to side and that also was corrected with consistent weekly visits. I suffered for months before actually making an appointment and I wish I did it sooner. Many thanks Highland Chiropractic!

Thanks Dr Ian for your professionalism and excellent team . I visited your office with extreme neck pain and fingers numbness . After my first treatment, my pain level decreased significantly. I continued with my treatment sessions and you truly helped me get back to my normal health.

Dr. Simpson is a top notch Chiropractor, he is very good at what he does. The staff there is excellent also. I think he is one of the best in New England. I defiantly recommend them. Also its a very good setting there good positive atmosphere... 5 Stars!!!

I'm 7 months pregnant & I was at first skeptical about chiropractic treatment, but I've been seeing Dr. Ian and he's amazing my baby is safe and I'm safe. To all expecting mothers coming to this family is very helpful for the mind & body. I absolutely love this team of Drs and I highly recommend.

I am extremely grateful to have found Dr. Ian and his team (Dr. Arlene and Melissa).I had been in two accidents in a matter of 6 months and was in extreme pain. Dr. Ian heard my concerns and helped me get back to my normal self again. I am thankful for there love of God and for helping me through this journey of healing. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor. They are amazing!
