Dr. Tahir earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. She has worked with public and private organizations in inner-city New York and rural Pakistan to improve health conditions through education. Dr. Tahir has worked in the countries of Madagascar and India working as an extension faculty member of Palmer College of Chiropractic in bringing Chiropractic to thousands of individuals who are less fortunate. She is personally and professionally committed to integrating wellness into daily life and specializes in the unique needs of women and children from a holistic perspective. Dr. Irum is in the process of becoming Board Certified in Pediatrics and is Certified in Webster Pregnancy Technique. In November 2011, Dr. Irum Tahir was honored as one of the top 100 Entrepreneurs under 30 in the country by the Kauffmann foundation She was honored at the White House and was chosen to speak on Entrepreneurship.High Point Chiropractic Wellness seeks to provide well care to every person regardless of background, income level or profession

When you need a chiropractor, you are usually in pain. The staff and doctors here are interested in your health and take the time to explain the why as well as the what of chiropractic care. I have been going for two years: first to fix a very mis-aligned back that was causing severe pain to not to keep in alignment so I am not in pain and can continue to exercise. the location is very convenient.

I have been going to High Point for about a year now and have had an amazing experience, seeing so much improvement. So when my son was born a couple of months ago, I had him seen there as well. After just a few weeks of seeing Dr. Lynk, he has had so much improvement in his reflux, his latch while breastfeeding, and his mobility in his head and back. It’s such a relief to see a doctor who truly cares about helping your baby get better and does such a great job at it! Everyone who works there is so kind and a joy to see!

I cannot recommend High Point Chiropractic Wellness enough! I have seen Dr. Mazzara and Dr. Lynk and both clinicians have been caring, kind, and treated me with the utmost respect. Thanks to their recommended course of treatment, I’ve experienced so much less pain and regained mobility. I was reluctant to try a chiropractor for my pain but after some urging from my daughter, I gave it a go. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the practice and the progress I have seen in my health! I mostly see Dr. Lynk, who is incredible. She explains things to you, she listens and she tries to help you in any way she can improve your health. I have seen Dr. Tahir and Dr. P on occasion and they are both wonderful, as well. The front of office staff is also amazing, kind and helpful. Since starting my chiropractic journey, I have seen quite a bit of improvement in my pain level, have been able to be more active and have a greater range of motion in my shoulders. I couldn't put my arms behind my back since my shoulder replacements many years ago and with the help of Dr. Lynk, I now can. I couldn't be happier with my care and I am so grateful to have found this practice.
