Dr. Ryan Hamilton uses soft tissue techniques such as Active Release Technique (ART) and Graston Technique in addition to chiropractic adjustments to help improve the mobility of joints and muscles to decrease pain as quickly as possible. This type of treatment is most beneficial to athletes and active patients who are injured while playing sports, weightlifting, running, or just moving incorrectly. Dr. Hamilton has also been a high school baseball coach for the last 6 years and has treated numerous baseball players over the years. Common soft tissue diagnoses treated in this office include headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, low back pain, sciatica, hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, and disc herniation. Dr. Elise Hamilton uses a gentle approach to treat expecting mothers, new mothers, and young children and allow them to express their full potential through chiropractic care. Prenatal adjustments are comfortable with support pillows and unique tailored care for each person. Common issues pregnant moms come in for are sciatic pain, low back discomfort, pelvic pain, headaches, and sleeping issues. Babies also have wonderful results under chiropractic care and see improvements quickly. Some common issues parents bring their babies in are for reducing frequency of ear infections, digestive issues, lactation/breastfeeding feeding difficulties, colic, and constipation.
