Michael Domingo is the owner and founder of GOPT. Michael was born and raised in Florida. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2012. His first clinical rotation was in a heavily manual therapy-based setting, which strongly influenced him to pursue further education to become an orthopedic specialist. Dr. Domingo began searching for orthopedic specialist programs around the country immediately after his graduation. Michael has also worked in multiple rehabilitation settings in Miami, Florida, with a focus on Sports rehabilitation and working with Professional and University of Miami athletes. The plethora of outdoor activities mixed with the abundance of music culture in Seattle attracted him to a program in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Domingo received his Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist degree (OCS) in 2015.After years of practicing in different sports and outpatient orthopedic clinics, and becoming a board Certified Orthopedic Specialist or OCS (accredited through the American Physical Therapy Association, APTA) Michael Domingo set out to create the PT clinic he envisioned.
