My three-year experience with Dr. Schweitzer ended disastrously. A routine lower back appointment on October 4, 2024, exacerbated my herniated disc. This occurred despite my escalating pain over the two weeks following his prior adjustment, and despite me explaining that I didn't want another adjustment but was seeking guidance. He insisted another adjustment would help, and, trusting his judgment, I agreed after he assured me it wouldn't worsen the issue. This led to four months of constant pain, limited mobility, and affected my ability to work and care for my family—issues I'm still dealing with. For the past four months, I've been unable to sit, can't drive long distances, and can only sleep on my stomach. This adjustment has resulted in multiple doctor and neurosurgical visits, including a trip to the ER. My main reason for writing this review is that I trusted this doctor. The signs were there that the adjustments were causing the pain, but his misjudgment and disbelief that it wasn't the issue—even after telling me over the phone that the adjustment "did its job"—was astounding. This could have been avoided if he had listened to my concerns and recognized the signs, and what I believe was a focus on payment over patient well-being. My whole family used to be adjusted here, but after his neglect towards me, I definitely don't want him near my family. We will not be returning. My advice, based on this experience, is: if you have to see a chiropractor regularly, something else is wrong. You need to understand and learn how to prevent it, not rely on temporary, short-term fixes. I believe his adjustments progressively worsened my issues over time, and I would personally advise you to look elsewhere for more preventative care.

Dr Kellen takes care of both my son and I. Not only he's really good at what he does, but also makes every appointment very satisfying. The satisfaction comes from his technique and also his patient education. We come out of the appointment understanding exactly what and why it was done, and just as important, we understand how to continue the healing at home.
