Acerca de

Deirdre loves helping people feel comfortable in their bodies and express themselves through movement. She is fascinated by science (anatomy, biology, neuroscience, and movement ( dance, yoga, tai chi and Feldenkrais). After graduating with a degree in physical therapy from Downstate Medical Center, Deirdre worked in orthopedic clinics for many years. Wanting to go deeper, she pursued a rigorous 5 year training at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. She now incorporates all her training into a holistic approach.My practice has been growing over the past 12 years and is now open 5 days per week.
