Joshua McDowell is a Fayetteville chiropractor who serves Fayetteville and the surrounding communities in NC . Joshua McDowell graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2007 in St. Louis, MO. After leaving St. Louis, Dr. McDowell and his wife relocated to Raleigh, NC. Upon moving to the area, he became a member of the Premier Chiropractic group. Joshua McDowell practiced in our North Raleigh office until 2013 before moving his office to Fayetteville, NC. Joshua McDowell has focused his care on those invovled in auto accidents for the past 5 years but also treats people suffering from a number of musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. McDowell enjoys spending time with his family, as well as playing and watching sports when he is not helping his patients regain their health. He has been a proud member of the American Chiropractic Association and North Carolina Chiropractic Association for the past 4 years since relocating to Raleigh, NC.I have been practicing Chiropractic in North Carolina since 2008. My office was located in North Raleigh from 2008-2012, and in the beginning of 2013 I moved my practice to Fayetteville, NC
