Dr. Brenda Morales opened her practice in 2004 after working as an associate Doctor for three years. Dr. Morales has helped hundreds of people in North County San Diego over the last 10 years. Her passion for helping people live happier and healthier lives, naturally and without the side effects of drugs or surgery, is what motivates her to reach out to her community every day. Dr. Morales knows first hand what it feels like to not be able to do what she loved to do because of pain. As a young competitive swimmer, Dr. Morales developed tendonitis in her shoulder, which affected her training and her ability to compete well at the national level. After much frustration and pain, at age 15, Dr. Morales decided she would dedicate the rest of her life helping people live more productive and happy lives without pain. Day in and day out, Dr. Morales strives to give her patient's the best care possible with God's help and direction.Dr. Morales opened Escalante Chiropractic in 2004 while she was still Dr. Brenda Escalante. She kept the name of the practice to honor her parent's love and support throughout her childhood and career preparation. Dr. Morales married Pastor Hector Morales, a Community Outreach Pastor at Emmanuel Faith Community Church in Escondido. Dr. Morales and Pastor Morales reside in Escondido with their two children.
