Dr. Steph started her Physical Therapy Career in standard outpatient physical therapy she has an extensive history of treating orthopedic and sports injuries. She has specialties in strength and conditioning, Running Science, Mobility specialist, and functional movement screening. She additionally holds her CrossFit Level one and specializes in strength sport athletes.Dr. Stephanie Genest started Elevation Performance and Therapy in 2018, to treat her patients out side of the standard physical therapy model. Allowing her to spend more one on one time with patients and having plans of care that are more specialized to individual patients
