I love helping individuals solve their physical problems with creative approach to healing and managing pain. I have been a pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist for the past 7 years and I combine my orthopedic/sports knowledge with my inner core speciality to find the solutions other Physical Therapists may not have. Decoding the messages your nervous system is using to communicate with you is my speciality. After all, it is the system that protects you from danger, controls all functions from memory to walking. You need your nervous system and when you have pain, I help you find the root cause so we can interpret the messages that the nervous system is sending you. My passion is helping people to address their physical health in order to continue to live their best life.Elderberry Healthcare & Physical Therapy was established to support individuals with busy schedules that require rehabilitative and wellness services but would prefer services to come to them. Some individuals require assistance driving and others would like to be treated in the comfort of their own home. We have been serving the Los Angeles Beach Cities community for the past 4 years and are expanding into Orange County and San Diego.
