Born and raised in Minnesota and long time Vikings fan, college athletics and job opportunities have helped Chris to see different parts of the United States before settling in the Omaha Metro Area with his wife who is a native of Council Bluffs. Chris stays very active with his 3 children, running Executive Health Solutions, working as an Athletic Trainer, working out to better his health and be a positive role model for his patients, and participating in his church band playing rhythm guitar. Bonus info: he's pretty good at Jeopardy if you want to challenge him.We began in west Omaha in Elkhorn in conjunction with Essential Motion Spine & Sport to blend together Physical Therapy and Chiropractic to help people get rid of their pain, heal their injuries, and return to athletics. We have expanded into the Midtown area sharing space with Z's Family Practice to continue our belief in helping people with more of an emphasis at this location of pain relief and returning them to their daily activities without being limited by pain and discomfort.
