I had been dealing with a lot of shoulder and arm pain, stiffness, and muscle tightness. After my treatment today with Dr Reena I noticed a big improvement — my arm feels much looser and I can lift it much more easily. She was very knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to address exactly where the tightness was. I really appreciate the care and would highly recommend her.

Highly recommend Dr Erica Gifford. She's extremely knowledgeable, relatable and takes time to ensure your smooth recovery. She has helped me with knee and shoulder injuries that have cleared up with her holistic care. Excellent demonstration of exercises to work on at home with rationale and progressions to build strength back.

Highly recommend Dr. Erica Gifford. Very patient and relatable. Takes her time with you and makes sure you leave feeling good. Great follow up to make sure there is progress. My issue was completely resolved with only a couple of appointments. She gave good and simple advice on how to maintain my progress on my own.

Erica Gifford is THE BEST chiropractor I have ever had. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Neck and shoulder pain/numbness from a bike accident was treated expertly and I was back to full mobility and strength in the matter of weeks. Her ongoing treatments of neck pain are unrivaled. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Amanda Lucky and Dynamic Ottawa. She was recommended by a friend who had a back issue and got treated by her, my only regret is not seeing her before. Highly knowledgeable and professional, I saw incredible progress after the sessions. After 5 weeks, I finally had a night of sleep with no pain on my back/shoulder. The first assessment was comprehensive, the treatment was well explained and the results have been amazing.
