Where to start. First, don’t question him, lol. Or he’ll injure you like he did to me. I get there — nice welcoming. They have this idea of teaching, not just adjusting. Sure, no problem. I do my first adjustment; he talks about whatever he sells you. No biggie. Every week they want an adjustment; the lady will schedule it or call to remind you. I went twice, and then I mentioned — not even complained, just mentioned — that I was still having shoulder stiffness to the receptionist who scheduled me. He comes in during the second visit and says, “Heard you had a complaint about our last visit.” I just said, “I feel like it’s still bothering me.” I don’t know if he got upset, but he adjusted my neck so hard that I felt an electric shock go down my right foot. I was even dazed. I think I even limped out of the chair after. I’m sure they could go back in time and verify my limp (maybe delete it if I sue), maybe even get yelled at by his wife. I’m sure he did it intentionally. Since then, I’ve rehabilitated the sciatic pain he caused after that hard adjustment — guess where — right side. Guess what: after that adjustment, the receptionist never called me to keep going. Wonder why, lol... I’d hate to give him the satisfaction of thinking he screwed me over permanently, but I’ve had great work done elsewhere.

Dr. Gale and Julie really helped lift my spirits during a challenging time. I was struggling with lower back pain from a gym injury, and the medication from Kaiser wasn’t effective. However, the adjustments provided significant relief. One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Gale is the educational approach. I not only learned about my subluxations but also gained insights on how to be more mindful of my overall health ( nutrition, fitness, and sleep).

I cannot rave enough about Dr. Gale! I met him almost 9 years ago when my life changed! Completely! For many years I wasn’t able to get pregnant, going through all the traditional treatments and nothing was working. Reading online and talking to people I understood something in my body need an adjustment, not medications, pills or anything like that. I knew than the only person who can do something like that will be Dr. Gale I called him office and schedule an appointment. I did only one treatment which he did a full adjustment to my body, checking my back, arms, legs, after two months of the treatment I became pregnant. I truly truly believe our body consil so much pressure and much more then we understand that sometimes all we need is a reset. Just to make sure it’s done correctly and with the right person. For me it’s Dr. Gale!

Thanks to my aunt for referring me to Dr. Gale. I’m so grateful to have come here, to be able to recover. I needed to get an MRI done, to see exactly what I needed to work on and found out that I have 3 herniated disks on my lower back. I started coming here 2 times a week, every week and that helped towards my recovery. From not being able to sleep at night, and having a really hard time walking, to having a full recovery after a couple months of full treatment. This was last year. I keep coming for continuous treatment. Once you come in, you gotta make it a priority and be consistent with the treatment, and do exactly what Dr. Gale asks to help with your recovery/treatment. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m really grateful to have found him. Also, thank you to Julie as well. I travel for work, and she’s very helpful at getting me in for an appointment whenever I come into town.

I have been a patient of Dr Gale's for the last 17 years. I'm a big fan of chiropractic and have worked in chiropractic offices and I have to say Dr Gale is the best of the best. I'm not a regular patient but when I need my body put back into alignment he gets the job done! Dr Gale is the only chiropractor I know who will give you as much adjustment as he can give you in one visit. while other doctors will as LITTLE as possible to get you coming back. Recently I pulled a shoulder muscle, and that is a little out of the realm of chiropractic, however, with adjustments and getting the structure back in alignment I'm healing much more quickly than I would otherwise. I highly recommend Dr Gale.
