Dr. Ashley is certified in the Webster Technique, which is used as a safe means to restore proper pelvic balance and function for pregnant mothers. Dr. Ashley is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, South Dakota Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Ashley's approach to treatment is to find the underlying cause of the problem, keeping her patient's best interest in mind. She not only treats the symptoms, but will also work with you to prevent problems from occurring in the future. Each treatment program is designed specifically for the individual. She finds it especially important to help patients improve their overall health with spinal adjustments, nutrition counseling, exercise and stretching instructions. Dr. Ashley is established in the area and, if necessary, will refer to providers such as neurologists, orthopedic doctors, to further evaluate your problem. .Dr. Ashley M. Pfaff is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, Bloomington, Minnesota, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Ashley is originally from Ipswich, SD where she graduated from high school. She then went on to Presentation College in Aberdeen, SD, where she received her Bachelor of Sciences with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in December of 2006. Dr. Ashley primarily focuses her education and practice on pediatric, pre, and postnatal chiropractic care. She is one of the few doctors of chiropractic in South Dakota currently pursuing her extensive pediatric and prenatal chiropractic training, as well as extensive crainiosacral therapy training for infants, children and adults.
