I am a Board Certified Hellerwork Structural Integrator which means beyond massage, I focus upon the alignment of your body, posture and movement patterns. I then work with you to intentionally change your soft tissues (fascia) for specific results. My work also includes movement education so you can achieve better posture and ease of movement. I have excellent client results with sciatica, back pain, scoliosis, migraines and chronic pain conditions. Every session starts with an assessment of your alignment and movement plus a checkin with you on areas you feel need work. At the end of a session my clients feel lighter, more relaxed and most usually feel exceptional relief. I offer a golfer's package which focuses upon muscles used during every aspect of a golf swing.
