While also a lifelong massage therapist, Dena's interests include all types of art and design, photography, product development, cooking, music and dance, specifically singing and writing songs. Other work experience includes making body care/ skin care products, jewelry design and sales, food service management, retail management and health industry product consulting. She has been golfing on & off since 1997 and also enjoys rollerblading, hiking, tennis, and weight lifting. She has a B.S. degree in Recreational Therapy and advocates for a balanced lifestyle.Hello! I have been massaging since I was 6 years old. I love combining techniques to release tension, expand and allow the body to relax. I feel that my education, experience, and personality provide excellence with pregnant women, breast cancer survivors, and those with sensitive or traumatic injuries. My background in energy work includes Cranio-sacral Balancing, Bowen, Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy, and Theta Healing. I have helped many clients suffering from Lyme Disease- We've found Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, Cranio-Sacral and Bowen all help a lot with pain management. A combination of Bowen and Cranio-Sacral can help relieve pain from Scoliosis and migraines.
