Dr. Kori graduated Magna cum Laude with B.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona. She earned her doctorate at Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Kori has completed over 100 hours of post-graduate work with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is certified in Webster Technique. She has also earned a Fellowship from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and is licensed to practice Acupuncture in Arizona. Dr. Jon Sprintz is originally from Winnipeg, Canada. He earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Winnipeg and his doctorate in Chiropratic at Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Jon has had extensive post-graduate training in adjusting the spine and extra-spinal joints. He has had great success working with shoulder, hip, jaw, knee and ankle problems. He is also a skilled in adjusting infants and children. Both are proud parents to Gage, their 2 year old son, and are currently expecting again.Husband and wife team, Drs. Kori and Jon Sprintz DCs, started Health for Life because of their passion for natural healing. Both doctors graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences and decided to make the Valley of the Sun their home. Heather Vaughan, the Front Desk Coordinator since 2007, always greets you with a smile. Traci Fors and Kellye Houck, our highly skilled licensed massage therapists, offer numerous techniques to meet your therapeutic needs. The entire Health for Life team goes to extraordinary measures to ensure the highest quality care so that others may realize their full human potential. They treat every practice member like family.

I went to see Dr. Kori for labor induction acupuncture. My first experience was very cathartic, and she was very calming and relaxing. I went into spontaneous labor the night of the second session and avoided a medical induction, which was the goal! I have to recommend them.

We took our 3 month old here for some tightness in his neck. After 3 sessions, he’s a happier baby with full range of motion. Dr. Kori is very knowledgeable and friendly, and ensured we received the best care possible. Really happy about the entire experience, and will be recommending all of our friends here!

I cannot say enough good things about Core Chiropractic! I have been going here since my third trimester and Dr.Kori has been my saving grace. I came in with a decent amount of back pain and exhaustion and since being adjusted I have felt a million times better! I never used to go to the chiropractor on a regular basis as I never saw the need before. But now I will keep this in my normal routine of life. I will definitely be having our baby go to them as well! I have since recommended them to everyone I can. 🥰

Dr. Kori’s acupuncture was the best experience while I was pregnant! I believe it is what made my labor and birth so smooth and FAST (just 3 hours). I even had baby on his “due date” after having my other two late so that was an incredible surprise! It was so peaceful and I feel it helped me and baby prep for labor

Great operation. My son (14) and I see Dr Jon while Dr Kori specializes in babies and pregnant women. Dr Jon is very knowledgeable and was great in helping explain and calm the fears of my son's concerned "bonus mom" (who is an ER nurse) the benefits of adjustments in youth. As he says "if the tree is bent, so grows the tree" which laid the foundation for a clearer understanding that it is important to address misaligned joints early, so they do not become a more difficult undoing, once those issues have been grown into. Both doctors have extensive training and have a variety of options for treatment. We were each given specialized assessments and Dr Jon has genuine concern and consideration for each patient's needs. I knew they had to be great because on my second visit, I saw a very sweet, well dressed elderly lady bringing in muffins for his birthday. I think seeing that speaks volumes. Their receptionist is fantastic!! She's on top of scheduling and everything moves very smoothly. Each one of the doctors and front desk all wear masks the whole time they are in the office (I had to go to their website to know what the bottom half of Dr Jon's face even looks like) and they even sanitize their adjustment table between me and my son which I've said isn't necessary but 💁‍♀️ I know they offer massage but I haven't taken advantage of that (yet). Would recommend!!
