She has taught in the United States, Europe and South America and enjoys bringing happy and healthy movement to people of all cultures.We have worked towards a Convergence of Body and Dance methods that leave our people energized, refreshed and ready for a fuller life. The studio has many ways to keep your body tuned up and to tune the mind for more conscious care of the body. It has been a process for us that has been gratifying and that we are excited to share with St Louis!
