Total hacks. I went to them for help and the concept of snapping my neck only to fix all my back problems for how much they charge is ridiculous. Tracy the husband talks forever so the only reason your session takes 15 minutes or more is his talking. They get attitude over submitting insurance claims unless your private insurance or workers comp. I honestly have more problems with my neck now years after seeing them for only 6 months. My current chiropractor asked who shoved my spine up towards my skull because that's caused nerve damage I have to l live with. Save your spine and your time and money and go to a real chiropractor who deals with your whole back. Their reply to this review should tell you all you need to know about the reliability of this "cervical chiropractor" quotations used heavily here.

Friendly, helpful staff! Dr. Baker greatly improved a head tilt I've had for decades. I expect to be perfectly lined up in a short time. I have better range of motion, less pain, and the treatments have improved my overall balance and quality of life. Definitely recommend.

I am greatly impressed by what has been accomplished here at Chico Upper Cervical Chiropractic concerning my spinal/cervical health over the last 2 years. I first had terrible pain in my neck and shoulder being unable to turn my head nor raise my arm. I had been going to a very good chiropractor here in Chico, but after one particular adjustment my neck pain increased and I was afraid to let anyone touch it without first taking and X-ray. I looked to only Upper Cervical Chiropractors and found one particular establishment which I won't name. But suffice it to say that they were into it for the money alone and they didn't take Medicare ( I have private insurance as well, but they didn't want to deal with insurance at all, so I found a great Chiropractor who does take Medicare as well as private insurance. Dr. Baker actually took an X-ray and found out exactly why I was in so much pain. I was way out of adjustment. Dr. Baker didn't just start adjusting anything until he knew what needed to be done. I'm 68 years old and need tune-ups every once in awhile but I am happy and living without pain most of the time even though I beat up my body while I was young in the construction industry. Both Dr. Baker and his wife are two of the best people to be found anywhere. If you are in pain, don't put off making an appointment to see Dr. Baker. I'm glad I did!

I went for about 4 months until I had to finish some medical tx for cancer. Dr. Baker and his wife(TRACIE)are wonderful people. Great family! He is so passionate about his work, it's truly amazing. As other person stated he does work with you on a sliding scale if you don't have insurance. My back, posture, and gait all improved while going to him. I'm actually about to make an appointment as soon as I get some money.

Definitely the most effective chiropractic treatment EVER! Don't waste your time with anyone else. Dr Baker is a very nice, very talented chiropractor. I was amazed at the difference I felt from the very first treatment, and I recommend him to my family, my friends, and anyone else who has back/neck pain. They were very helpful and they take almost any insurance. I was uninsured for a while last year and they gave me a reasonable price. I really think he is the best in this area, don't hesitate to call him if you are looking for a great chiropractor that will make a difference in your well-being.
