Acerca de

Sara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Athletic Training in 2001, followed by a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Rhode Island in 2004 and a transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University in 2007. In January 2022, Sara became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist with an additional certification from the Lymphedema Association of North America. She has completed her certification in Athletic Training (ATC) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Sara regularly participates in continuing education focusing on orthopedics, sports medicine, lymphedema, strength training, balance, and nutrition. In addition, she has obtained her Nutritionist Specialist Certification through the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists.Charlestown Physical Therapy and Health Services was opened in 2009 to offer physical therapy services on a one-on-one basis that every patient deserves!
