Center Rehab was founded and is owned by Brian T. Williams, a Milford resident since 1972. All of our physical therapists are Milford residents. We live here and we care about Milford. Center Rehab is the premier modern physical therapy office in the area. We get results.

We provide orthopedic/sports related treatment for neck and back injuries, post-operative, age related issues, trauma, worker's comp, weakness, stiffness, and balance & vestibular issues. We work one-on-one with you. We don't use inexperienced aides in our office. Just you and your physical therapist.
