Center for Rehab and Sports Medicine

The Center for Rehab and Sports Medicine offers outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to our community. We are able to treat a wide variety of diagnoses such as patients who suffer from back strain/sprains, and degenerative changes associated with wear and tear and bulging discs. The Center for Rehab and Sports Medicine also offers services for patients recovering from major surgery, strokes, heart attacks, neurological and orthopedic conditions, as well as other illnesses, injuries, chronic conditions, and disabilities. We have specialized therapy for Lymphedema, occupational work-related injuries and illnesses, Sports injuries, hand therapy, vestibular and balance issues, and aquatic therapy. We also work with injuries to knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, and wrists including total joint replacements for the knees and shoulders.
