Brooklyn Health Physical Therapy opened in April of 2010 to provide a different type of environment for your physical rehabilitation. At our brand new facility, our mission is to provide you with hands-on, one on one personalized treatment for your individual needs. You will not be given a routine of exercises to be performed in a busy, overcrowded gym. You will enter into an inviting workspace where your therapist will evaluate and address your functional limitations with goal-oriented treatment to get you moving in the right direction. You will have a much greater understanding of your body - how it works and why it doesn't. By the end of your time here at BHPT, you will know what you need to do to keep yourself living a painfree and active lifestyle.
