At Bracken Family Chiropractic, our focus is to provide corrective care in order to remove interference to the CNS. This is done through a very specific rehabilitative program of spinal adjustments, disc hydration techniques, and exercises that are unique for each individual. We believe that by correcting your spine, your body will be able to function at its optimal potential. With proper care, your body will not only work properly, it will feel great too! Get relief from back pain, neck pain, headaches, sports injuries, auto injuries, allergies, asthma, sciatica, scoliosis, and much more!When chiropractic changed her life in 1998, Dr. Bracken went back to school to become a chiropractic physician. She graduated Life University School of Chiropractic in Atlanta, Georgia in 2002 at which time, she traveled to Orlando, Florida to work and train with two of the top chiropractors in her profession. For almost 3 years, under Dr. Tony Nalda and Dr. Ben Lerner, Dr. Bracken received extensive, hands-on training in the correction of scoliosis and other major spinal problems. After moving to Jacksonville, FL in 2005, she successfully managed a chiropractic practice in Mandarin for over a year. Dr. Bracken opened the doors of Bracken Family Chiropractic Center in January of 2007. She is excited about making a difference in the health of the families and individuals in this community and plans to thrive as an honest and principled family chiropractor here in Orange Park.
