Hi! I'm Loretta McGrath, a fitness professional with over 15 years of experience. Helping people achieve better health is my passion and I am 100% committed to seeing my clients reach their goals safely, efficiently and enjoyably. I developed the Dynamic Body Stretching program in 1996 when I realized that many of my personal training clients had limited range of motion, joint stiffness and weak areas that could be significantly helped by regular specialized stretch sessions.
I am determined to be proactive in assisting my clients in overcoming their physical imbalances. I conferred with orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, body workers, massage therapists, and sports trainers to create a comprehensive, proprietary computer software for my Dynamic Body Stretching program. Since the software's development, I have been fortunate to see my DBS system dramatically change the lives of countless people.Body Therapy Spa is a holistic physical therapy and skin spa. We offer a variety of holistic therapy options to help mitigate body pain, healing, and spa treatments. We have a full spa offering many skin and body treatments for an affordable price.

My girlfriend treated me to a surprise full body massage on Saturday February 21, 2026. My masseuse was Mason, a dreadlocked, soft spoken, very humble, professional & spiritual young man. He allowed me enough time to fully undress in private & returned after to begin the massage. He ensured I was comfortable then proceeded.
I have had full body deep tissue massages before and my first massage was the best. But Mason, knocked that rating into 2nd position, as he has been given 1st place! He found all the knots, crinks, tension...you name it, he found them all & undid, untied, loosen, stretched, kneaded and aligned whatever needed to. He provided a very satisfying & relieving wonderful massage!!
I hugged him in gratitude after i had gotten dressed & repeatedly thanked him (offering to steal him away to Jamaica, lol).
Thanks again Mason, and MassageLuxe, I will be making another appointment very soon.

Mason was the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had! I’ve had a wide variety of massage types all over the world and he just broke the record for the best massage in the world! Better than a Thai Massage in Thailand. Better than a massage at a high end spa in Fiji. Better than a massage on the beach in Colombia. Dude knows his stuff and knows how to listen to his client’s body.

The massage/facial special seemed like a great and was until time to pay gratuity. Instead of combining tip for 1 charge they made charged the card separately and added a service charge to each that also made an alert with my card company that I had to explain to keep them from cancelling my card. The service was good but the admin left much to be desired for the amount of money spent

I’ve always had a good massage there, but let me just start saying the front door lady is offer high. She said she was laughing at me. She thought I was just so funny very disrespectful very high-pitched yelling, raising her voice to the part where I felt like I almost was gonna have to defend myself. I would not go back there due to that lady. She stated her name was Angelina. She forces you to tip I would have no problem of tip if Her attitude and All around customer service was complete dissatisfaction the way she screamed at you. You would think she’s going to attack you just be aware of the front door lady because she’s the That kept me from tipping Couldn’t get a very good picture, cause she kept threatening me
