Jennifer is a Licensed Acupuncturist, and the founder of Body Therapeutics. She is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture, and is trained in both Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture, as well as moxabustion, cupping, and electro-stim. Her particular interests lie in the treatment of chronic and acute pain, stress and anxiety, infertility and women's issues. Jen first discovered the effects of natural medicine when she sought out acupuncture to help her with stress, low energy & neck pain when she was working long hours as a CPA. Jennifer has been training in martial arts & meditation for over 11 years at the Zen Training Center in Worcester, and has been teaching Aikido since 2003. Her martial arts & meditation training, as well as her business background, has combined with her formal education in acupuncture & holistic medicine to inspire the creation of Body Therapeutics and her mission to bring optimal health and well being to the people of Worcester County.Body Therapeutics was created out of the belief that integrated medicine (in other words, a team approach), is really what gets people the best results with their health and well-being. The founder of Body Therapeutics, Jennifer Caron, is a Licensed Acupuncturist. She wanted to create a collaborative environment where other health services could be used together, to complement one another, to get better results for their patients. She envisioned a place where people felt at ease, relaxed, and at peace during their treatments. The business was launched in 2009 with Jennifer offering acupuncture, with the immediate addition of chiropractic, massage, nutrition and sports medicine.
