Acerca de

Education: I am an East Bay native, growing up in Martinez and attending De La Salle High School in Concord. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2001. I went back to school a few years later and received my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Life Chiropractic College West in 2007. Professional Experience: Since receiving my BS in 2001, I have worked in the East Bay as a personal trainer/strength coach. Through my work in the fitness industry, I have developed my skills in corrective exercise and performance enhancement training. My experience with exercise as therapy greatly influences the way I practice chiropractic. In the Community: I have been the head coach of the Acalanes wrestling team for the past 11 years. Helping teach the young people in our community has been a wonderful opportunity!We have been helping individuals in the East Bay since 2007 with various musculoskeletal issues. Treating problems such as headaches, neck pain, shoulder problems, herniated discs, low back pain, knee, ankle, and foot pain is our specialty. We offer a variety gentle treatment options appropriate for children and adults of all ages. Our office has recently moved to Lafayette as of January 2014.
