Mary Lou is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 1992, Certified Personal Trainer- 1999 and certified Pilates Instructor-2005. Lives in Downers Grove and belives in supporting our local businesses and small business owners everywhere.Opened in June of 2008 in Downtown Downers Grove and have since expanded to a facility that includes and integrated mix of physical therapy and pilates for orthopedic injuries and rehabilitation. We see injuries and conditions of all types but also specialize in BPPV and Vestibular Rehabilitaion Therapy for people with Vertigo. We also offer private pilates sessions and small group classes, including mat and reformer class. Call us for more information!
