I’ve been going to Back in Health Wellness Center after my auto accident, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I’m receiving. From day one, Cindy and the entire team have been incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They truly take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable at every visit. The care plan they created for my auto accident recovery has made a huge difference. They are very flexible with scheduling, which helps a lot when you’re dealing with pain and a busy routine. The atmosphere is calm, positive, and healing, and you can really tell they care about your well-being, not just rushing you in and out. If you’re looking for a wellness center, chiropractic care after an auto accident, or a place that genuinely puts patients first, I highly recommend Back in Health Wellness Center. Wow, I can’t say enough great things about Chiropractor Cindy Perkins! I walked in with serious neck and back discomfort, and by the time I left I honestly felt 10 times better. The adjustment was thorough, professional, and incredibly effective. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and knows exactly what she’s doing. If you’re dealing with pain or stiffness, I highly recommend booking an appointment! Your body will thank you! The entire staff is so kind! I can’t wait to come back for acupuncture on Thursday!

I had such a great experience with my chiropractor. From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She focused on my neck and lower back, and I honestly left feeling so much better—relieved, aligned, and taken care of. You can really feel the attention, knowledge, and care she brings to her work. I had sciatic pain for most of the year. Tried all kinds of treatment, including physical therapy. Dr. Cindy was able to treat me and for the first time in almost a year. I was able to move without pain. She gave me back my mobility Michelle in the office is also wonderful very helpful and positive.. I hope to visit next year To get some relief on my neck issues. They are the best!!

Wonderful practice! Doctors are amazing! They take time to listen to your issues. Staff is so helpful, making appointments. Chiropractor and acupuncture services are amazing! I even took my 80 year old mom there! She was thrilled! Highly recommended!
