This individual focus improves outcomes and saves patients valuable time and money.Ascend was opened in 2015 with the goal of providing one-on-one, individualized therapy in a 45 minute visit format that is patient-focused and results driven. Ascend employs manual and orthopedic certified therapists who use high level treatments in a comfortable setting to help patients reach their goals.

We are physical therapists who believe every patient has untapped potential. We use manual therapy techniques to free up joints and muscles, retrain muscles to turn back on, get strong, fire in healthy patterns, and retrain functional movements. For us, physical therapy is not just a job, it is a career in to which we invest our time, energy, and emotion, to help people heal and return to life. Each 45 minute session is one on one with your therapist. By scheduling this way, we can more thoroughly follow up and keep you on track with your plan of care. This individual attention promotes a better team approach between the therapist and the patient.
